This has been a long time favorite of my guests. It’s typically a side dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. I usually make it thinner because the general consensus is for thinner rather than thicker. If you like it thicker and softer, it’s just as delightful!
It’s so easy you could do it doing a plethora of other things! Just the kind of recipe we gals love! My kids devour this completely in no time at all. In fact, they’ve become quite ambidextrous…only with eating but you know…you take what you get. Jokes aside, lets get cooking!
Ingredients
-1 can of corn (drained)
-1 can of creamed corn
-1 cup sour cream
-3/4 stick of melted butter
-1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
-1 cup cheddar cheese
How To Prepare Corn Casserole
Mix everything together and pour into a greased pan. Bake uncovered at 400º for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stick a toothpick down the center to ensure doneness. The toothpick should come out clean.
