- 2 tablespoon blended garlic, onion, cilantro, rosemary
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- Cheddar cheese for topping
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste (optional: hot pepper)
- 1 tsp. Goya seasoning
How To Make Stuffed Mushrooms
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Get your baking sheet ready by greasing and setting it aside. Start by removing the stems and chopping them thinly.
2. Heat oil to medium-high heat. Add blended garlic, onion, cilantro and rosemary and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Next, add the chopped stems, salt and pepper to taste and Goya seasoning. Sauté for 1-2 minutes before lowering the temperature to medium-low and adding bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese. Cook for another 2 minutes or until the ingredients have melded well.
4. Once you’ve turned off the stove and removed your stuffing mix from the stove, use a spoon to scoop the mixture into each mushroom cap. Fill the caps all the way to the top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese to top it off.
5. Arrange on the cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and your mushrooms are golden. Enjoy!!
