Beyond (Mind-blowing) Burger Preparation

Step 1
Start by defrosting your Beyond Burgers. Then once defrosted, bring the oil to a medium high temperature in a non-stick skillet. Add both the patties to the heated skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
If your burgers are frozen then cook for 6 minutes per side. Once cooked, placed cooked patties on paper towels to absorb any oil.
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 400℉. Bake sweet potato fries on a non-stick baking pan or cookie sheet for about 20 minutes or until the desired doneness has been reached. Flip the fries around the 10 minute point so it’s baked well on all sides.
*Pro tip: line your pan with parchment paper to save on clean up time. Throw away the parchment paper and put away your sheet pan.

Step 3
Lightly toast your buns and set aside until your sweet potato fries are nearly done.
*If avoiding gluten or gluten intolerant, then prepare a light salad to enjoy with your burger patties.

Step 4
Spread mayo and mustard on the buns, then stack the Beyond Burger patty along with lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese. Add or remove whatever you’d like in this meal.
